Hi, I'm Tina!
I grew up baking all kinds of cookies with my mom for all the holidays including gingerbread, sugar and drop cookies. Always switching up the recipe or adding different ingredients that Martha Stewart suggested that year. My mom kept books and magazines with dogeared pictures of the decoration style that we were going to attempt together.
At 19 years old, my family and I owned a restaurant 30 minutes North of Green Bay. For 12 years, I had the opportunity to play with a large genre of feel good, home cooked meals. I, however, had the most fun with desserts! I met, married my husband, and started our family all while nourishing that little establishment.
Fast forward to February 2017, I was now a stay at home mom of 4 that needed a creative outlet. I continued to bake sugar cookie cut outs for my kids school treats. Every holiday I would try different royal icing recipes and techniques in an attempt to perfect the flood lines or how I detailed a specific cookie theme. A friend reached out and asked if I would make cookies for her bridal shower and I thought, "Why not?".
Which brings us to today and now a self taught baker and decorator, creating edible pieces of art for every one of your cherished moments. Whether you're getting married, want to say thank you, of hosting a gathering, planning your child's first birthday, your parents and grandparents birthdays, saying goodbye to your soldier, or simply because you want to show appreciation to your doctor.
I always thought cookies were for the holidays but was sweetly corrected by all of you that needed them all year and for all reasons!
It continues to humble me every time I'm asked to be a part of your moments and memories. Thank you for choosing me to bring your ideas to reality and helping your event be complete. Thank YOU for continuing to let me bake for you!
